Board Member & Openings
Vice President - Similar goals as the President; assisting with program development and scholarships.
Treasurer - Will have custody of all the funds of the Corporation; shall keep a full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures; and shall make disbursements in accordance with the approved budget, as authorized by the Corporation, Board or any Committee.
Secretary - Focuses on communication within the organization to include scheduling, notices and organization materials. The Secretary also maintains the corporate records, assists the President and ensures the procedures of the organization flow properly.
Chair - Lead Board Meetings, Strong Leadership, Previous board experience, Organization

Purpose
To support the Show Me Foundation through programs in global communities, raise funds and network collectively to support the mission.
Requirements:

Commit to one fundraiser in the fiscal year to support the non-profits mission, barter annual services during fiscal year OR a make Financial Commitment of $500 in Four (4) payments due quarterly: July 15, 2024, October 15, 2024, Jan 15, 2025 and April 15, 2025

Serve a minimum of one Fiscal year (June 2024 - July 2025)
